How to Play Blackjack
Objective: Get a hand value closer to 21 than the dealer without going over.
Card Values: Number cards = face value. Face cards (J,Q,K) = 10. Ace = 1 or 11.
Actions:
- Hit — Take another card.
- Stand — Keep your current hand.
- Double — Double your bet and take exactly one card.
- Split — Split a pair into two hands (double bet).
- Insurance — Side bet when dealer shows Ace (pays 2:1).
Rules: Dealer stands on 17. Blackjack (A+10-value) pays 3:2. 6 decks in shoe.
