How to Play Spades
Objective: Your team (You+East vs North+West) scores 500 points first.
Rules:
- Bid how many tricks you'll take (or Nil = 0).
- Spades are trump — they beat all other suits.
- Spades cannot be led until broken (played after someone leads spades).
- Follow suit if possible. If not, play any card (including trump).
- Score: 10× bid if met, -10× bid if not. Nil: +100 or -100.
- Overtricks (bags): +1 each. 10 bags = -100 penalty.
