15s: 2 points per combination totaling 15.
Pairs: 2 for a pair, 6 for 3-of-a-kind, 12 for 4-of-a-kind.
Runs: 1 point per card in consecutive sequence (3+ cards).
Flush: 4/5 points for same-suit hand.
Nob: 1 point for Jack matching cut card suit.
Pegging: 2 for 15/31, 2 for pair, 3+ for runs during play.
