Tools: Quarantine beds infected, Vaccinate immunizes 5 people, Lockdown reduces movement 80%, Masks reduce transmission 50%, Cure instantly converts symptomatic to recovered.
Disease can randomly mutate to become more infectious or deadly. Each round generates a new disease.
