Zone Types

Residential: Houses people (+population). Needs commercial for jobs.

Commercial: Jobs and tax revenue (+happiness).

Industrial: Strong economy (+income) but creates pollution.

Park: Reduces pollution, increases happiness. Free!

Road: Connects zones, increases efficiency of adjacent zones by 10%.

Green Technologies

Solar: Clean energy, reduces industrial pollution by 2 each. Cost: $30.

Wind: Clean energy, reduces pollution. Bonus near water. Cost: $35.

Hydro: Requires water tile. Clean energy and income. Cost: $40.

Recycling: Reduces waste pollution. Cost: $25.

Green Building: Eco-friendly housing. Boosts happiness and reduces pollution. Cost: $45.

Resource Management

Population: Grows from residential. Needs commercial employment.

Happiness: Affected by parks, pollution, employment, and green tech.

Budget: Tax income minus maintenance. Carbon credits can be traded.

Pollution: From industry and population. High pollution causes climate events.
