Objective: Lead a resistance movement to liberate occupied territory. Control cells on a grid, build hideouts, recruit fighters, sabotage enemy infrastructure, and expand your controlled regions across 3 campaigns.
Game Mechanics
Grid: 20x16 cell grid. Each cell is controlled by you (green), enemy (red), contested (yellow), or empty (gray).
Hideouts: Your base of operations. Generate supplies each turn and allow recruitment. Protect them at all costs!
Fighters: Your combat units. Needed to attack enemy cells and defend your territory. More fighters = stronger attacks.
Supplies: Consumed each turn by fighters. Run out and morale drops significantly. Generate from hideouts and friendly territory.
Morale: Affects combat effectiveness and recruitment rate. High morale = powerful attacks. Low morale = weak offensives.
Intel: Gathering intelligence reveals enemy strength in adjacent cells. Critical for planning attacks.
Sabotage: Weaken enemy cells before attacking. Reduces enemy defense strength by 1-3 points.
Supply Lines: Cells connected to your hideouts via friendly territory get supply bonuses. Isolated cells are harder to hold.
Ambush: Set a trap for enemy patrols. Damages enemy forces and boosts morale.
Campaign 2 - Uprising: Stronger enemy forces. Limited starting supplies. Enemy patrols are more aggressive.
Campaign 3 - Liberation: Maximum difficulty. Heavy enemy presence, frequent enemy attacks. Full-scale guerrilla warfare.
