🦇 Echo Location

🦇 Echo Location

Objective: Use sonar pings to locate hidden objects. Each ping sends a sound wave; the echo reveals distance and material of nearby objects.

Controls:

• Click on the radar to send a ping from that point
• Watch expanding ring for echo returns
• Higher ping pitch = metal objects, lower = wood
• Space bar sends random ping

Environments:

• Cave: Echoes bounce off walls, harder to pinpoint
• Ocean: Sonar travels further, fewer obstacles
• Forest: Dense, objects reflect chaotically

Tips: Use multiple pings from different positions to triangulate. Listen to echo pitch to identify material.
